Initially I did not like the taste, but after using the product for a week I noticed a difference in my appetite.  Less hungry during the day.  Also, it appears to help cleanse my system each morning.  I take more than the recommended dosage.  It calls for 1 Tbs, but I take 2 Tbs before each meal.  And like the other reviewer, I like the product and will order again. It is not a miracle product, but you will see a difference curbed in your appetite. And no bad side effects.  I recommend this product to anyone needing to control appetite.

I don't take unhealthy and unnatural products (miracle diet pills) so I tried this one to help the hunger pangs.  It's not a miracle solution nor does it claim to be, but I liked it.  Probably took more than the recommended doses, but anything to help stop eating! Diets are HARD!
